Good ole' Gunk. Or Gunkie as the real fans like to call him/her.

I was pounding the table with laughter, she really thought Gunk was a player.

Basketball is on in my house every night during the season, often four games in split view on my 120" screen. I guess my wife is very talented at tuning it all out. Reminds me of the time that she screamed, "ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO WHAT I'M SAYING!!!!" I thought it was a really weird way to start a conversation...


My nine year old daughter did a much better job. My two-year old keeps stealing my basketballs from my gym bag and putting them in her play room. She likes to say "GO JAZZ!", any time there is a game on the TV. At least my kids were on top of things.

My wife, admittedly she is on some painkiller because she took a nasty fall and broke a rib, which hurts like a ************, said this:

"Huh? I can't think right now. I don't know. I mean, there is Andrew Kirilenko, right? And the cute one, Corbett? Is he still playing? And the, uh, the other 2 you and your dad talk about all the time, I can't remember their names. Golbit?"

I am sure if I caught her a little more lucid I would get more names, but it is more fun when she is on her painkillers, tbh.
