Delete your option for who we will draft after the trade otherwise half of the people will vote no that would normally vote yes. lol

Also I would only do that trade if they took Raja Bell off our hands and we got Flynn or Webster also. I would also only do the trade if Derrick Williams is available at 2.

Huge drop off from 12th to 20th IMO.

Harris - Flynn - Watson
Hayward - Miles
Williams - Miles - Evans
Favors - Millsap
Jefferson - Okur - Fesenko
I would still trade Millsap for a solid wing player or a 5-10 draft pick.
Who would you want 5-10? Personally, I'd like Leonard, I think he's gonna be good.

Minn Recieves:
3rd Overall Pick
12th Overall Pick
Future 2nd Round Pick

Jazz Recieve:
2nd Overall Pick
20th Overall Pick

The Jazz then select Derrick Williams and Marshon Brooks

PG: Harris/Watson
SG: Hayward/Brooks/Bell
SF: Derrick Williams/AK47/Miles
PF: Derrick Favors/Paul Millsap
C: Al Jefferson/Okur

Forget the 2nd round pick and guarantee Marshon will be there and I would do the trade.

But I can't give the coaching credit for something they have NEVER done. Nothing in the Jazz history shows we will put the ball in the wing players hands more.
Late last season we saw Hayward take on more of the ball-handling duties (Utah's win over the Lakers at Staples is a great example) so I think the coaching staff will definitely allow more of that in the future.

In the 90's, they did the same with Hornacek (instead of passing to Malone at the elbow and going into their UCLA sets, Malone would come over and run side screen-and-roll with Hornacek). Even with Deron, it was common for AK to bring the ball up and for Deron to flare out on the wing and run the side pick&roll with Boozer. In that case, Deron was essentially playing SG in the offense.
Deron often dominated the ball late in games, but he also never played with a 2 who could shoot, handle and pass like Hornacek (or like Hayward hopefully will do). Brewer and Korver were 1-dimensional players so it was up to Deron to create. Hayward will give the Jazz alot more flexibility with their offense.
