How bad/good is Cody Williams?

This upcoming season will make or break him. Look at how much Brice improved from year one to year two - I'm willing to give Cody that chance to improve before I damn him.

If Cody were anymore laidback, he’d be upside down. His casual demeanor is part of the issue.
