How has Obama improved your life in the last 4 years?

Im looking for specifics. Something personal to you where Obama being President has improved your life. I can honestly say Obama hasn't done anything specific for me in making my life better. The job market still sucks and my medical insurance is more expensive. Obama was supposedly investing tons into the "green" economy but myself and fellow graduates have not seen this come to fruition. In fact the reverse has happened. The energy jobs are now booming in drilling for dirty energy in natural gas.

The one thing Obama has done is in medical insurance where you can't kicked off for pre-existing conditions. That doesn't kick in for a few years but if I ever needed private medical insurance that would help me out.

So without bashing, just give your honest opinion and please be specific. This isn't to political bash but Im looking for an honest assessment.

Pimp prices have gone down, no lie .. Plus the govt pays for most of those encounters .. And abortions.

Also mods could you remove the question mark on the end of title, didn't mean to put it there.

I don't look to government elect to improve my life. I look for them to maintain an atmosphere where I can do so myself. In that regard, Obama saved the world from failure with his spending policies. His leadership, or, more correctly, insight out of the Union's collective, has saved us all from disaster. My critique of Obama comes from a difference of perspective though.

I work in local government. The Dept. of Commerce has given us tools to work with that has helped us to continue to revitalize a once run down community through grants and support. His investment in infrastructure (HUD specifically) has given our the community the ability bolster what exists and continue to invest further in long term projects. Obama's policies have given our community the tools we need to partner with the private sector in order to reinvest in our city and it's growth. Ultimately, this has helped us support job growth, which we've been very successful at since the recession. I would give specific examples but I'd rather not reveal my personal info to you ****s.

While on his watch I finished college, worked my way into a great job in the field I studied, and I'm now making more than I ever have (although still modest by most standards, but not mine). In fact, his focus on infrastructure helped me figure out what I wanted to do professionally, something I lacked throughout my 20's.

Does anyone honestly believe that if Romney is elected, or if Obama is re-elected that it's going to make your life better? Politics is going to be politics and the economy will run it's course no matter who is in office.

Since I can't name one thing any President has done to improve my life this seems like a pointless question.

Got the auto industry back on track, got Osama (without wasting away trillions or attacking some country that starts with an I), is fighting for students, and passed health care which has directly helped me. Diabetes runs in the family...

Had Al Gore won, do you really believe we still would have passed those tax cuts and invaded Iraq?

They're all the same anyway, so no.
Well, maybe Ron Paul would've done something.

The government bought Chrysler and GM.
Some fake pics were posted of Osama, and as by islamic law (is not islamic law), was secretly buried at sea with no evidence of capture.
Is spouting a lot of rhetoric about helping students, passed a healthcare bill that is unconstitutional and does nothing to help anyone.

I am sorry about diabetes running in your family, but manditory healthcare doesn't help you any more than the way healthcare has always been run.

Rock on though.

I get to keep my fathers medical insurance until I am 26 years old regardless of college or not. I am currently 22 so I am very happy about this.
