I got a letter from work today that basically let's the cops or whatever know that I work in an industry that is necessary so that I have to go to work.
Breaks are being staggered so that there aren't as many people in the break room at the same time.
Shift beginning and endings are being staggered so there aren't as many people in the locker room at the same time.
Meetings are mostly non existent now.
Many salaried managers and supervisors are working from home.
Next week we will have a nurse at our front entrance full time taking temperatures and we will be sent home if we have a fever.

You expressed the opinion that "masks" are effective. The first picture is the most common one being worn. It's the type that is available. In the U.S. we barely have enough of the second type to supply our health care workers. They are not available to the general public. The first type is just something to do to make yourself feel better, or worse, something that makes you think you're protected when you're not and encourages you to not take more important precautions.

Im thinking of wearing this at work, will go nicely with the Kevlar and all the other paramilitary **** we wear.

Something weird happened today, I suggested something to my boss that will reduce my working fortnight from 9.5 days to 4.5 reduce my hours to about 60 hours a fortnight and cost me no money and he actually liked it. Times are ****ing strange

Edit:. Actually to better answer your question, no we haven't scaled back production. Many of our managers and supervisors are working from home though and we have cancelled many projects so that R and D and contractors etc don't come to our plant. And of course pretty much all meetings have been cancelled and breaks and schedules have been changed

Btw, though I obviously see food as important I don't think Dannon yogurt specifically is important and wouldn't be surprised if we got shutdown. I'm glad to still be able to go to work for the time being though.
