He seems to be playing hard to me. I find it really perplexing that he is struggling mightily against 2nd and 3rd team guys. I knew he wasn't going to be great, but I never would have expected him to be so trash.

You do realize how many touches he’s had in this game right? You do realize that the pick n roll set that made this dude "good" in this video won't work with Rudy cuz the defenders could close down on him knowing Rudy wouldn't be draining those midrange jumpshots in defenders faces like what Noah, JV and Rabb did in this game right? You do reliaze those high floaters he made in rudy's face in this video are actually poor shot selections and quin would not tolerate it here in Utah, right?

He's clearly washed. If you watch grizz game last season he's clearly not the same player that he was back in 2017 prior to his major surgery on Achilles. Last season people called his "career year" but in reality it was really his "tank commander" year cuz if a team wanted to tank, they probably would not be giving career high minutes and usage to an "all-star level player" who's also having an "career year". Those videos of him dropping 40pts, 30pts from last season, if you look closer, you'd see a lot of those similar ill-advised, off-balanced and highly contested shots taken by him except he's making them in those highlight videos vice missing them this year with us. Cuz Grizz was tanking, he could afford to keep taking these shots with no regards to the consequences until he start making them. But with us, he'd seeing himself straight onto the bench if he just miss two or three of these shots in a row cuz we are trying to win this year. Like I said earlier, Conley had 26 out of 70 games last year when he shot below 40%. DM, who we all know struggled shooting last year, had 29 out of 77 games shooting below 40%.
 
Thee jazz fan, you're laying it on awfully heavy, don't ya think? Did I hurt your mom?

At this point, the Jazz should pull Conley out until his hammy and everything else is absolutely 100%, maybe tell him to lose a little weight, and have him work on his 3 point shooting like a madman. If he can come back and start shooting 39 / 40% from 3, everybody will be happy.

PS He's shot 39% 4 years in his career. This is a realistic goal.
