I love Hayward's longterm potential, but he's still putting his game together. I don't expect huge jumps from him this year. He'll probably do what he did last year -- mix solid games with invisible games and toss in the occasional gem. Year 3 is when I expect Hayward come into his own.

I was talking about the first second and third teams the entire time lol. Perhaps I should dumb things down a bit for you, since your intellect is failing you. You said that Hayward will never bee an "ALL-NBA player". I said neither has Kirilenko, he never made any 3 of the teams. I know exactly what I was talking about. I was not referring to the defensive or rookie teams, since those ARE NOT ALL-NBA teams. They are called the All-Defensive Team, and the All-Rookie Team. NOT ALL-NBA. Sorry AKMVP, you've been outdone by a "tool" yet again.

Again, I ask you: Has AK ever made one of these three teams?? Because BY DEFINITION, this is what the ALL-NBA team is. Your definition of an ALL-NBA team is absolutely incorrect, if you're including the rookie team and the defensive team into the mix.
 
Here is a stone cold fact. AK never made the All-NBA team, and never will. But Hayward still has a chance. My money is on the horse that is still in the race.
 
So after 14 games so far Hayward is averaging 8.7pts, .408FG, 0.281 3pt shooting. Still plenty of time to improve it though.

Stone cold fact is AK made NBA-ALL rookie team and NBA-ALL first and second defensive teams. Hayward still in the race, true...as well as Kurt Thomas still is, lol.
