I just can’t afford Donald’s economy. You didn’t have to agree with Biden on everything and I know his dog bit a few people, so corrupt, but his policies sure were better than the crap we’re living through now. Under Biden the economy was growing, inflation was falling, services were improving, and my paycheck was buying a lot more than what I’m able to buy now.

Hospitality and tourism is taking an absolute beating, billions are being lost in the sector. I'm about as keen on a holiday to the US as I would be to Hitler's Germany. Now the world cup is next year, I'd probably spend 30 to 40 thousand on a holiday to watch the World Cup, but it wont be this World Cup.

Nah, stay away from this country. All it took was flying to then driving from Chicago to SLC this week to confirm we are absolute ****ing morons. I swear to god 60% of Americans have no idea how to transport without ****ing everyone around them. The difference between here and Europe for example could not be more stark. We are in massive decline.

I heard something about FIFA moving the location die to immigration concerns.
Not sure if that is true though (source I heard it from isn't reliable). Plus I just don't think there is enough time for a different country to get ready for it by next year.

I really wish it would be moved

No chance, USA got the World Cup cause the FBI had FIFA over a barrel for all the corrupt ******** they did with the Qatar World Cup. Moving the World Cup would be pretty easy, France, Germany and the UK could host it in a heart beat, wouldn't require any investment.
 
These hearings are always painful to watch as they try so hard to go through mental gymnastics to make sure they toe the party line, and it happens on both sides, if you check YouTube for these kinds of hearings from years past. But this one is just special.
