I Like Locke's Thinking

This is one of the more unique Lindsey tests of Corbin, and I think he's failing without realizing it.

Corbin has been told that his job is to develop the young talent and improve the defense, record be damned. In fairness to Corbin, it's hard for any coach to think his job is secure if he doesn't win. And not far away is Jeff Hornacek who is winning big with a team considered worse than his at the start of the season.

But after a horrific start, Ty has naturally resorted to trying to win at all costs. So: 1) Favors and Kanter are rarely playing together; 2) Burks was struggling to get big minutes (until injury forced it); 3) old vets are playing a lot; 4) we have the worst defense in the NBA; 5) and yet Gobert has been sent to Siberia despite the obvious fact he could help our defense.

What Lindsey wanted to see (in my opinion) is how Ty would show creativity in fitting the young guys into prominent roles of a system. Instead, he's watching a coach flail for wins and coaching for his job, not the future.

Oh, I get it. Vaginal folds mean woman, women are stupid, ergo, Stoked must be stupid.

Nice.

Franklin* likes to argue something with me that I am not even saying. He does it quite frequently. Actually reading peoples posts helps but I guess ain't nobody got time for that.

You have got to be the most deluded person I've ever interacted with (I used to think it was all for show tbh). You need to take a writing class so people can understand what the hell you're talking about, instead of taking you at face value and then suffering through your argumentative, insulting, know-it-all "that's not what I said even though I wrote it here, here, and here" troll-backpedal routine.

You've done this repeatedly with multiple posters, and guess what the common denominator is in all of them?

There is simply no good reason to NOT play Rudy right now. Can anyone come up with one? Holding back favors and kanter? Silly idea. How about don't play him so that we can win 2 more games (30-52 vs 28-56) and lose several spots in the draft? Is that really smart? Does that really help Ty keep his job?

How so? You said I have never said Gobert playing when Favors (and now Kanter as you've added after this started) got benched. I should you where I did (post #12 in case you have ignored that like everything else).

You make a fantastic attempt at muddling the issue but I simply don't let you.

Gobert playing 10 minutes a game especially when playing with the bench will not have a negative affect on Favors or Burke's (original point, not what you have tried to change it into) development. Especially since I want Gobert getting that time while Evans, Clark and Lucas/Garrett are on the floor (as I have indicated in multiple posts in multiple threads)

If I have ever once said Gobert should be playing at the same time as Favors please show me where. I have been able to produce evidence that I said the exact opposite.

Glad you stick to your guns as well Mr. Pot.

^this is what I deserve for humoring your question and attempting to understand what you were after. Best to avoid falling into stroked's troll door, per usual. Now it'll be a few months of non-stop trolling through multiple threads as you've already begun.

Delusional, God complex, and control issues all tied into one sentence.

I have told you what I am after, several times now. I want Gobert to get around 10 minutes a game to put into practice what he is learning in practice and thru watching. When Favors subs out send in Gobert. Make Gobert work around Favors time table. Hopefully most of those 10 minutes or so will come while the 2nd unit is in. If you cannot understnad that then that is on you.

You've been trolling for months so spare me the melodrama.

And with that I think I am pretty much done here.
