I think Igor is gonna get poached

The Suns are bringing him in for a second interview, and he already has worked for them in the past. Jared Dudley is already publicly in support of the decision. I think it would be the best move they've made in years.

If they don't do it, I think someone else will. In which case, who should we bring in? I know people will poop all over me for this, but if Jaron Collins doesn't get a head gig, could we grab him (he's been with the Warriors for a few years)? Hornacek for Associate Head Coach?

100% and he should get poached... promote Bryant and keep him and I’m happy... bring in some unknown or promote from within. It’s the bake the cake coaching staff approach.

Good sign that we are headed the right direction is that our coaches get poached. If Phoenix hires him and gets the number one pick it will be Doncic right? Might go after Favs with their space too.

Well Igor is a guard coach, so idk if you have to replace him with another coach who can work on skill development of guards, or if you just promote someone internally and higher someone to replace the person who got promoted.

Does Igor want to have his career buried in Phoenix? He is smarter than that, right? Bad organization to go to. Although they have some good pieces I guess.

If he's a good coach, he'll be fine. OKC on paper has the more talented players, but Quin out coached Donovan by a mile. Phoenix has talent and getting more through this years draft, they are young, but having good coach goes a long way. And theyvwill develop

To be fair, they also "poached" Hornacek and Watson. . . Seriously though, I'm not worried about the Suns taking Favors, they have sooo many needs in so many other areas.

Can we just keep Bryant doing what he is doing and make up a bigger title with better pay? I'm not sure he is replaceable, looking at his results.

If they draft Ayton then they don’t go Favs... if not I think they would be one of the favorites to try. They had interest last year but nothing that really matched. They have been said to be serious about competing.

He isn't remotely in their timeline or style of play though. I mean, if they could get a deal, sure, but the Jazz would take him on a "deal" type structure.

Wait, really? Do the Jazz not have a lead assistant/associate head coach?

Phoenix is a putrid organization. Terrible owner. I can see why Phoenix would like Kokoskov. But I can’t understand why Kokoskov would want to go back there. If he’s patient, there will be another team with a better owner and organization that will be interested. Sit tight and wait for the right offer to come along.
