What's new

I think the story of this team has to include a Rock Bottom

At some point, all of the character of our team is going to have to matter. That would be the difference between rallying and just absolutely imploding.

Tonight wasn’t our Rock Bottom. There’s further to fall.
The “soft spot” of the schedule may be eye opening, especially as we may mentally go on cruise control because “man we just played a hard stretch [at least that’s what all the talking heads kept regurgitating], and per them, all the rest of these games are in the bag already.”

I need us to gut stomp some teams and show we aren’t ****ing around.

I think this is it. At least I hope so.

The schedule eases up from here, but we have a long way to go if we expect to be contenders again.

The stats on floaters suggest that things are ****ing broken. They’ll have to adjust things and struggle through those adjustments. This ain’t the bottom. And the defense is slipping, too—indicating that they’re getting further from the same page

He should he has all the offensive weapons at his disposal now

Does Snyder take any heat or no?

Tyrone Corbin would have this team on a 60 win pace with his well oiled, traditional style of running a trial and error offense, then sticking to what works best and is consistent. Snyder, a great coach in his own right, prefers a more gimmicky style that works sporadically and very well at the peaks but falls apart hard in troughs.

If Corbin could squeeze efficiency out of those Al Jefferson squads just think what he could get with this. Pythagorean wins tells you all you need to know when it comes to Corbin vs Snyder. Corbin won more than expected, Snyder has lost more than expected every season.
