I Was At Last Night's Knicks/Jazz Game

So when this thread was started by that dumbass knicks fan the knicks record was 22-22 and the jazz record was 18-24.
The knicks were in the playoffs and the jazz were not.

Since this thread was started the jazz have gone 5-1 and are now 23-25 and in the playoffs.
The knicks have gone 1-7 and are now 23-29 and out of the playoffs.

Why the distinction? Is there another type?

Nothing we dont already know but... https://espn.go.com/nba/insider/sto...nthony-five-most-overrated-players-league-nba

Ooops
insider only.
From what i could gather it was going to have carmelo, kanter, whiteside, and rondo as 4 of the 5 most over-rated players in the nba. I dont have insider so i dont know who the 5th guy would be.
Nice detective work on the names. I can't figure out how you knew Rondo would be on the list. What's your guess for number 5? I'm betting on Dwight Howard.

That's a very good guess.

I bet you are right about dwight

How did you come up with Rondo? Are you certain he's on the list? I think he deserved a spot there last year, but from the little I've seen I don't think he should be this season.
I didn't really come up with any of those names.
Rondo and melo were in the link title on espn, and I saw whiteside and kanter in a picture related to the article I think.

What's to stick around for? More excuses? Jazz fans telling me their team is better than the 72-10 Bulls?

I came here to say some nice things about three Jazz players I saw perform in person last night -- Hayward, Gobert, and Hood. Played like champs last night at the Garden. I didn't come here to gloat. Just some kind words from NYC. I did expect fans here to be cool in defeat, take it like men, and bow down and say, "Yes, the Knicks killed us. Respect to your team." You losers can't even be good losers. No character. Not men. That's why you were knocked out of the playoffs last night by my Melo, my Porzingis, my coach Fisher, and my Knicks.

The Knicks are the future of basketball. You Jazz "fans" are living on a past of Stockton, Malone, and Deron Williams. Forget it Jazz fans, Porzingis is the future of the game. We got him and you got nothing but clips of Stockton, Malone, and D-Will on youtube. Sad. You Jazz fans are the same as Seattle SuperSonic fans. Living on nothing but past, fading memories.

With condolences. Thinking of you and Fisher today. Sorry for your loss. I mean for your losses (streak of 5, 9 out of 10). Must be extremely painful being a fan of the Knicks. You'll always have the home OT win against the Jazz. Cherish that moment. Take care and God bless.

The Knicks management fires Fisher despite that historical thrashing of the Jazz at MSG and that last second hard fought loss to the Jazz in Utah? What does a guy have to do to keep his job in the NBA nowadays?

Hmmm, I see the Jazz won an OT game last night against Dallas.
You couldn't do that against the Knicks two weeks ago. :D

I was at that Knicks v Jazz OT game at The Garden. We schooled you. We taught you how to get it done in OT and you took what we showed you and beat the Mavs. That's it for the free lessons. Any more lessons will have to cost you. Maybe you should put up some cash and we will teach you how to have a guy playing in an All Star game. Have fun Sunday watching Melo and all the other guys wearing non-Jazz jerseys.
;)

Uhh, since this thread was started the Knicks have made the greatest coaching move in NBA history. We got rid of Matt Barnes' best friend and replaced him with Phil Jackson's best friend, Kurt Rambis. Hmmm, I think Rambis has, uhh, what is it FOUR championships to his name? Now tell me, exactly how many championships combined do the players and coaches on the Jazz have? Hmmm, what is it...zero? Oh, and I'll be polite and not even mention that our team Prez Phil Jackson has THIRTEEN CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!!

So when we add up Phil's championships (13), Rambis's championships (4), Jose Calderon's championships (6), Sasha Vujacic's championships (2), and Melo's championships (Syracuse) we have a total of...

TWENTY-SIX championships on the Knicks roster!
How many the Jazz have?
lol
