I clearly stated I think Rubio runs the offense the best but the results arent always there because of how poorly he is as an individual offensive threat. Process =/= Results.
To back that up I grabbed the on/off ratings from when he was an average offensive threat (last year from January 1st and on).
My point is that 1. Rubio is our current best option at PG and 2. That when we replace Rubio we should look for someone who can do things similar to Rubio from a leadership and intangibles perspective at that position and 3. Just sticking Donovan there is more likely a potential detriment to his development, not a positive.
