If/once the season is cancelled, how will the draft play out?

Most likely scenario IMO:

The Lakers should be given the #1 pick.
The Heat should have the #2 pick.
Mark Cuban and Paul Allen should be given the opportunity to bid on the #3 pick starting at $25 million.
There should be a lottery with ping pong balls representing all teams from which the Knicks receive the #4 pick.

lol, sounds about right.
 
They would round-robin like this to start: #1 - Lakers; #2 - Heat; #3 - Knicks; #4 - Celtics; #5 - Winner of highest bidder scenario outlined before (all the billionnaires basically), then they repeat for #6-10. From pick #11 on it will be a "lottery" among all teams. I am sure that would be viewed as most "fair".
