What's it say about one's size if you attempted to make an alt account, but got caught, and now only have the original one?

Or that we don't have enough money to live in 100 different places and own 100 different computers? If anyone is capable of having alt accounts it's PKM with his frequent traveling. (That is how IP addresses work right? Location?)

I didn't think location mattered at all .. I thought it was just one unique IP for each CPU .. then there's software that can catch two (or more) CPUs accessing the same accounts/passwords, thus linking those IP's.

Is that right?
