He's about as good as he should be. You can't just project offense to develop that far.

You may be right, I just feel like he should be able to average 17 to 18 points per season. He still has his peak ahead of him, though I don't believe he will ever be a consistent 20+ point scorer.

He also doesnt play in an ideal situation for his individual stats, but I think he's more of a guy who could peak at 18 at best.

Yep, I think 18 points max. I think the issue is, 13 is too low for someone with his solid talent.
