No. 2 games ago the Jazz were blow out on their home floor by this same Laker team, a game in which Hayward shot 3-9. Hayward played out of his mind tonight, Watson hit 2 big threes and Favors was able to do what Al couldn't - catch and finish. Jazz played good defense - but the Lakers also played like crap. LA missed alot of open shots - if they shot like that in the playoffs last year the Jazz would've won games 1 & 3.

What we should read into this is that it's a great win for a young team that hopefully gives them confidence they can compete with the better teams.

Dead on. Still fun as hell to see the W. And I didn't watch it. I watched the last 8 games in a row. Then I take a night off because I'm emotionally tired of the Jazz and they win. Luckily I recorded the replay.

Williams got 5 and 2 in about 15 minutes in the one game the Jazz won when he played.

Perhaps he did, but the last time the Jazz beat the lakers in LA with kobe on the floor was on Nov 1, 2000

Now that I think about it, AK hasnt beat kobe on his home floor either.
