Let's see. Calm cool collected Joe Johnson backing down a smaller player to draw the defense and either finding the open man or shooting a little push shot for a score, or Burks barreling down the lane at 80 MPH twisting in mid-air as he flings the ball wildly at the basket, falls and breaks his elbow.

The more I see from Hood the more I want Burks back tbh. Not because Hood is a bad player or anything like that. But so far he seems very streaky. Which is actually pretty similar to Burks, but I really like the odds of having one of them on any given night finding their groove and roasting the other team.

JJ probably only has one more season left after this year. Burks has his career ahead of him if he gets past these injuries. Very short-sighted to think this way. Look at Embiid now. It looks like he's going to make it, and so might Burks whose injuries aren't as serious, nor are any of his injuries as serious as Dante's. Patience is needed with Burks

AB would help for sure but I'm not sure he carves out a definitive role this year with the injuries. If I had to pick between Burks and Hill I'd choose Hill like just about everybody else.

No, Norv was going to get the QB killed, he won't be missed. I'll never understand why more WR screens weren't thrown to Cordarrelle Patterson the last 2 weeks.
