Is it time to trade Millsap?

because he, like 95% of the jazz's players, is wildly inconsistent.

I wouldn't even think of classifying Millsap in the same category as other inconsistent Jazz players. The guy is a tweener. His outperfomance-underporformance swings have everything to do with match-up demographics and little to do with Millsap's actual play. He's not going to be a beast against the Lakers. Miami is undersized inside. Millsap can find an edge in those situations. He really only found an edge, a fluke edge, for 5 minutes against Miami. The game wasn't stellar domination from start to finish of anything besides a 5 minute overtime period.

Y'all are fickle. Get off Millsap's jock ya bunch of armchair quarterbacks.

I really don't think it is a matter of motivation. The sure physics of being a 6'7"(or shorter) playing against taller players wears on a player. I think it's pretty obvious you can't have an undersized power forward and an undersized center and be successful for very long. I know this sounds like blasphemy, but I think if we can't move Millsap, we should move him to the bench and start Memo or Fes at center and move Big Al to PF.

Except that neither Fes nor Memo are ready to start. I've never understood why we need to keep a set starting five. Why not modify the lineup to best match up against the teams we play?
