The fact no one has made a trade yet tells me there are a lot of talks going on and everyone is waiting for something to happen.

Not saying that the Jazz will or will not make a move but I think this is what's happening.

Teams probably have offers in to different teams that are dependent on what happens with the players mentioned above and then they go to their back up plans if needed. Will be interesting that's for sure.
