It's happening bros...

Question is why would the Bucks wanna let him go? He seems like the perfect compliment to Giannis (SF) and Parker (PF).

I suspect they don't.......

Their fans, at least on RealGM, definitely don't want to give him up for Kanter.

The argument for them doing it would be that Middleton won't be able to start if Parker is as good as people thought, unless they want to play Parker at PF. Also, they do need some more talented bigs. I highly doubt they do it, but who knows.

Jazz will probably field offers down to the final few hours before the trade deadline. Most teams would normally do this. Notice how no deals have actually been announced yet...

Here's a distribution about Middleton's offensive game and how good he is at those(percentile):

6.3% ball handler in PnR - 37 percentile
17.4% transition - 68 percentile
4.3% isolation - 94 percentile
8.9% post ups - 90 percentile
30.4% spot ups - 90 percentile
5.6% hand-offs - 2.3 percentile
4.7% cuts - 77 percentile
13.9% off-screen - 46 percentile
2.7% putbacks - 33.5 percentile

Yup, his bread and butter is off-ball, but as those stats suggest, he has a budding overall game.

In theory it IS harder to find a skilled big... and the Bucks desperate need 1 right now. If they let Sanders go, who do they have at the Center position? MIL is expected to get the #18 pick in the draft so they're not gonna get a decent big there neither...

They need Kanter more than Middleton with Giannis and Parker already a lock at the wing (pun intended).

From Kanter's perspective, he'll get a load of minutes with the Bucks... also the last I checked Pennsylvania is closer to MIL than Utah.

Kanter isnt a C though. He is more of a PF. I just don't see them doing it. Hope I'm wrong though.

Not sure why they would let Sanders go if they can somehow get Kanter.

They seem like the perfect pair, Defense & Offense.

You know it just occurred tome that Pennsylvania is even closer to Pennsylvania than Milwaukee is. Kanter to Philly for Covington and a pick.
