4 = Charlotte
5 = Orlando
6/7 = Indiana, Chicago tie (34-48)
8 = Portland (35-47)
9 = Jazz (36-46)
10/11 = OKC, Washington tie (37-45)
12/13 = Toronto, New Orleans tie (39-43)
