That is as good as a 55 point loss. Good tanking job by Hardy. He made the in game adjustments to secure the L. Cody, Collier and Flip showed some promise tonight. Master Cody needs to have the Mailman get him in shape in the off season.

I don`t get to watch many games as they start @ 3 am my time, but I did watch the 2nd half tonight. If this game is representative, it seems to me that there is a pretty easy path for us to get decent real quick again. Replacing Collier and Williams with average NBA players would make us much better. Ideally they are replaced by better versions of themselves, but if we keep the rest of our vets and see some improvement from the young guys, it is going to be hard to keep our pick next year.

I feel like we could get a 5 or 6 seed in the East just by playing the players we have optimally. West is pretty brutal.

Watched second half on delay after finding out the score. Highly recommend. It’s fun to watch knowing when something good happens it didn’t cost any lotto balls.

One might be worried how Lauri can't do anything on ball and finish inside in at least half of the games this season. It's really bad when 7ft guy has regularly worse fg% from inside than outside. It's something I'm actually worried about for his trade value. Its painfully obvious that now when league has figured out his thin bag of moves inside, and is treated like a true first option he wouldn't be in a contending team... It's ugly. Most of the time I'm waiting for a turnover or a blocked shot nowadays, when he puts the ball on the floor and tries to create.

At least he found a bit his three point shot now so it's something.

I'll admit to only semi watching this one (I was watching on my phone as I watched the CFP). I thought that Cody and Collier had quite a few nice moments in this one, sure mixed in with some not great moments. Cody's confidence and activity is at a different level right now.

The bench play from both sides in the 1st half was some of the worst basketball you'll see in the NBA outside on end-of-season tanking / garbage time. Just completely unable to score, no matter what. The Jazz would've won this one with just one more scorer, anyone, Sensa, either JC, anyone, or even Patty making his shots. Heat are awful and Bam looks a shell of himself.

Heat aren't awful and Bam is still good. Maybe Utah is just playing well?

Bam is playing his worst season since becoming a full-time starter. Points down, percentages down. And for some unknown reason he's suddenly shooting lots of threes and being really bad at them: 2,6 attempts at 28 %. (Before January is over, he'll pass his career total of 104 attempts just in half a season.)

They're in total disarray.

Literally having a horrible season by his standards.

9th straight home loss.
The Heat literally just spanked the Warriors in Golden State by 16. To say they are awful without Butler is just flat out wrong. Are they going to be more prone to bad performances? Of course, but they are still a team with a nice amount of talent, a top tier coach, and role players who play their role.

Bam having a bad season doesnt mean Bam is bad. He's still a very good player.

Losses/Wins arent the only way to evaluate a team's performances. I would say Utah is clearly playing a bit better as of late due to multiple factors.
