Demin's shooting has been a revelation this year. Nearly 40% from 3 on 9 attempts per36.

Blows my mind.
I thought he sucked at shooting at BYU and didn't think he would ever be good at it.
Also, he was a very good passer at BYU and now seems to not be (at least statistically)

Denim has not been at all what he was supposed to be for better and worse.

But generally, I would say the sea change in his shooting is a great sign for his prospects moving forward as he gets stronger and more confident.

Last time we played Brooklyn, the game was close through 3 quarters, and then BRK completely let the air out the tires in the 4th quarter to get blown out.

One of the big concerns about Demin's draft case was that he dropped off significantly against better competition. Doesn't seem to be affecting him in the NBA. When I saw someone break down the numbers it didn't seem like the drop off was backed very well by the numbers (even though they were trying to prove the opposite). Something to keep in mind.

I've watched him a few times. Assist numbers don't really tell the whole story. He's a good passer, but he isn't really breaking down the defense to rack up assists. Handle is still weak for a lead guard. I'd also bet that his teammates aren't very good at converting on his passes.
