Pels lost tonight against the Timberwolves. Davis (38/9) and Mirotic (18/12) combined for 56 points and 21 rebounds. Still looking Jes like a team that will fall out of the playoffs. They need a dynamic wing in the very worst way. They’re going to be trash until they get one. Can’t believe they didn’t keep Tyreke Evans. He’d be a difference maker for them right now.

Just wait until they beat the Pelicans tomorrow. That’ll start some conversations. Clippers are in freefall, Pelicans look poorly built to sustain winning and the Nuggets season gets hard, all while the Jazz schedule gets easier and things start clicking. If they can get to 9th before the trade deadline, I think they’ll get there. . . especially if they make some moves before the deadline to shore up their roster.

Clippers just won. I'm going to wait and see if they make another trade before I count them out. if they keep Lou and DJ they are still a very dangerous team.
