Yeah I'm confused I was thinking that maybe SA would be 8th but we hold the tie breaker against them, but then they would be ahead of Denver.

So utah has 5 wins against Denver and San Antonio, Denver has 4 wins against Utah and San Antonio, and San Antonio has 2 wins against Utah and Denver. Division wins don't matter in a 3 way tie.
