Jazz are committed to Donovan as cornerstone according to Woj

Over the last few months you've posted 5 maybe 6 different posts and you've done it like thousands of times. We're all kind of tired of it tbpfhwy.

You could save yourself some time by making a copy of the best version of your 5 different posts and just copy/paste them in where you deem appropriate.
When people bring up the same garbage, I respond with what I say in 5 or 6 different posts.

I simply respond. I don't initiate. If somebody says "Don runs the team" or "Don's social media blah blah blah", I stick up for the truth.

I hope this rumor ends up being true. When the offseason began, I was firmly in favor of trading them both, but the Gobert trade changed everything in my eyes. I couldn’t have imagined the Jazz getting that kind of haul for Rudy and now it feels like we have plenty of assets to go forward hoping Donovan can reach 1 more level.

The players Utah got back from Minny are being drastically overlooked because most people assume that we’re tanking, but there’s some real benefit to having those guys around if the Jazz are able to grab another young star this offseason (thinking along the lines of Ayton). Vanderbilt is an ideal small ball 5 with a non stop motor, Beasly is pretty much better than Royce at everything, and Beverly is a culture shifter due to his defensive effort and passion. I REALLY want to see Donovan play a season with Beverly and see what effect that has on him.

I think we’ve learned enough in the last 2 weeks to say with certainty that Donovan had started tuning out Quin. I think with a new coach, a new roster around him, and the fact that he’s our franchise cornerstone all lead to Donovan looking like his old self. Besides, tanking is SO MUCH more miserable than most fans are giving it credit for. You spend 2-3 seasons watching dog **** basketball and every offseason, end up praying that the Jazz can draft/sign a couple of players that are as good as the guys you just got rid of. After all that, when you finally start to get good, you gotta hope that your new young stars want to stay here when they become good enough to get poached by a large market team.

Great post all the way around.

He was hanging out with Jay-Z, Jayson Tatum and Joel Embiid. Where is he going now?
Okay you got me fanboy musta missed it watching the latest Kardashian saga:p
Now that that’s settled maybe you can explain that Woj chronicled tantrum when Snyder quit.

The Jazz are committed to Donovan until....you know, they aren't anymore. If a huge trade offer comes in, then he's not off the table.

It's sad because when he was a rookie full of excitement and energy Jazz Nation LOVED Don, and thought he was our version of Michael Jordan.
I remember camping with some friends and listening to a playoff game on the radio in what I think was Spida second season and telling him that I literally wouldn't trade donovan for anyone in the nba.
He was throwing out names like Harden, Steph, Kyrie, etc and I was nope, nope, nope. He was so good so fast and was great for the community and humble (even randomly showed up to Kearns high school, where I went to school, and the 4th of july pool part stuff etc etc), and seemed like he really wanted to be with the jazz. I remember stories about draft night when he found the nuggets had traded him to the jazz and he was stoked and told his mom that utah was where he was hoping to go or something.

Man how times have changed.
