I think Forrest is an NBA player but more a 13th/14th man but with limited upside... he's functional so a team trying to win may add him as insurance.

As of right now we have our own and the worst of the three of (Houston/Brooklyn/Philadelphia). We know the first two will suck so we just need Philadelphia to suck or have some injuries and we have another lottery pick.
