Dutchjazzer's threads are the best. We're now HOPING for a lottery pick. The Jazz got their valuable playoff experience last year. What good would a 4-game sweep do this season? Jazz need a higher pick AND justification to send Ty and the Tax Evader packing.

You know there's no chance the Jazz send Ty packing. They don't want to pay him and a new coach.
 
They just have to do it right...
I'm sure Bailey's Moving and Storage would pay to film a great commercial at Ty's house as they're packing him up. That could offset the cost of his contract.

The problem i see is us losing a bunch of games and missing the playoffs will likely just lead to the front office putting more value on big al. Saying "look, we need him to win, look what happened when he didnt play!" blah blah blabbity blab. If we miss the playoffs, I expect a semi-big offer to al, the FO wants to make the safest move they can, and if they feel that Al will at least help them play more than 82 games, i could see them offering him another go.

That would be epically funny, but the Jazz are probably too classy of an organization to actually do it.
