Jazz draft Keyonte George at 16

Kenny G better look like DM45 or Curry in Summer League! 10th on your board? all I have to say about that! not really but I'll spare it.

We've needed two way wings for so long, yes Hendricks fits that but we could also have gotten a two way 2/3 wing or a 3/4 wing to fit. International players more likely to appreciate and thrive in Utah in my opinion.... like the one who the spurs got. Keyonte: "go utah ahah" you could tell he wasn't happy, nor was I.

people are going to be surprised by keyonte's passing. i'm a big numbers/production guy, but the fact is that doesn't always tell the entire story. you watch full games, it's clear the passing chops are there - he is a very skilled passer/playmaker.

just an incredibly gifted offensive player in general. the key with keyonte is that he gets his shots to fall and becomes efficient. he can pass, make plays, create shots for himself and others, he can do it all offensively with the best of them and if the shot falls, he'll be special. if it doesn't he may be out of the league in 5 years.

His measurements were a bit disappointing (he wasn’t quite that big), but he has some real connector/maybe even point forward chops and he competes hard on both sides of the ball. The shot isn’t broken but it’s farther away than most. He would’ve rounded out our draft nicely.
The Ignite as a program got disrespected in the draft. Scoot fell to 3 and Miller/Sidy got boned into the 2nd round.

He has point potential because he can handle and is a threat from anywhere on the court w/ the ball in his hand.
He needs to work on getting his handle really tight and his composure on the ball.

I have confidence he could do both judging by his character and work ethics.

It will be interesting to see. At Baylor his role was scorer. It will be interesting to see how he adjust if Hardy is hard on him to be more of a complete player

I think he could do it, apparently he was playing the 3.

Given he opportunity to handle the ball I think he should thrive.
