Are we pretending to care about preseason NBA for the first time in preseason NBA existence? Is that how bored we've become? I wouldn't care about preseason if the Jazz played 8 elementary school teams and lost all 8 of them. Preseason has never mattered, and it won't matter for at least the next 30 years and possibly until the end of planet earth. Preseason games are for drunk parents to convince their children that they care about them by taking them to a game. That's it.

I enjoy pre-season basketball... because it is basketball and I needs me some damn basketball!

It is certainly more useful than summer league, of trying to watch individual Jazz players in FIBA, and light-years better than another thread from The Thriller.
