Howard is having a great year and one of the big reasons Hawks are having a good year. Rudy is just better and prevents him from putting his stamp on the game. He has been well liked in ATL.

Howard is a solid defensive C nowadays, far removed from the beast he was 8 years ago because his back started to act up and he has lost some of the freakish athleticism he had. And he remains mentally weak, ie he can easily lose motivation. But when focussed he is the type of C 25 teams in the league would happily have.
