Thus, when you have someone who doesn't mind the various negatives and thinks the positives out weigh them....he is your man! I figured since the Jazz were cleaning house....they might go looking outside the box. I was wrong.

Good move. I don't like any of the other options out there. Ty is a good coach for our "big" man oriented team.

I don't know why they hyped this announcement. Why not let it be a side not like all the Sloan extensions were? Kinda strange.

Anyways the Jazz are certainly unorthodox.

I think it was important to give Ty a vote of confidence. They've won ONE game since he took over. Corbin can now concentrate on developing the young players and implementing his own system with worrying about immediate results. It also lets the players know Corbin's "the guy" and whatever he installs will be the system for at least the next couple of seasons.
