Jazz players at the World Cup

Spain were passing to much to begin the game giving up good shots to pass to their teammates. Faried will be giving up a lot of height on P Gasol. We will see if they both indeed get to the titile game if Coach K will make use of all the centers and play them together.
Did coach k design the roster to beat Spain? More bigs than usual.

USA are the favorites...... and always will be.

Damn noobs

Is it too soon to say that Spain ought to be the favorite in this tourney? Their single weakness is size on the wing and the US can't really exploit that. USA won't be able to control tempo. Spain is too smart, too experienced, and too good at passing. Spain's teamwork is a thing of beauty, both offensively and defensively; their key players have been playing together for so long. USA may enjoy a slight advantage among the smalls, but I think Spain's advantage up front will be large (despite the greatness of Anthony Davis). The best bet for the USA is if they manage to neutralize the Gasols and make Rubio into a jump shooter. That will be easier said than done.
USA has better talent, better players, and are the favorites. Your overthinking this.

couldn't have said it better.

You should hear how they pronounce exum and dellavedova in Turkish Tv.

Australia gets beat by a last second three from Preldzic. Exum benched the entire second half.

Good grief.

Finally he can start work with the Jazz trainer and get into game shape ready for the pre-season. This whole Australian episode hasn't really worked for him at all.

Good game Australia. I wish the game went a little less thrashing around but it goes by the territory of elimination stage. Preldzic really felt on fire. His shot selection was not too good but he knew he would nail it.

Next game against Lithuania. Tough, tough opponent. Will be a great success for this roster of Türkiye if they achieve.

i wonder what some of the american posters here think about emir preldzic if you followed turkey games on this tournament, i think he has been selected by wizards but not yet stepped on nba, do you guys think he can be successful in nba?

His court vision, all around game, pnr offense, post up game as a perimeter player (rare skill for European player) and versality
( playing 2-3 and being effective as point forward ) exactly make him NBA player. I try to imagine him playing for Golden State, Timberwolves, Rockets etc. His defense, durability and inconsistent play would stop him to take serious min though.
