Let’s try a word association exercise here: If Josh McRoberts was the Nate Robinson of Brad Millers, and Kelly Olynyk is the Chris Duhon of Dirk Nowitzkis, then why can’t Kyle Filipowski be the Rafer Alston of Domantas Sabonises? There will be questions about Filipowski’s defense, but the Duke diaper dandy has the dribble-pass-shoot skill set that is so rare and valuable for a big man. After trading Olynyk to the Raptors during the last trade deadline, Utah finds itself with a younger version. No-brainer.
