Jazz select Kyle Filipowski at pick 32

Losing your family for joining the 'Mormon' church is pretty common within the religon. As for the age gap, if she were the younger one, nobody would even blink an eye (with him being 26 and her 20)

If the situation were reversed and it was my 18-year-old daughter being sucked into religion by a 25-year-old mormon dude I'd be pissed. Especially if my daughter was an up and coming musician and the dude was a gold-digger. And forget the religion or the gold-digging, the age difference alone would raise red flags.

Your 18 year old daughter dates a 24 year old Mormon boy for three years and is happy enough to propose to him. And during that time she might have become Mormon and you’d be pissed? Pissed enough to post about it to the world on one of the biggest days of her life?

You might be the problem.

Boy? 24-year-old boy? And **** yes I'd be pissed if my daughter turned Mormon. Or Catholic. Or any other organized religion. I raised her to think for herself. And did I say I'd post about it? Nope.

No comments on this IG pics, besides her eyes?

My first thought was, wait, why is he wearing a cross if he's now Mormon? Guess it could've been taken before grooming/conversion.

Glad to see must of the thoughts and comments on his personal life are similar to mine.

As for the draft pick, I wasn't high on the jazz taking him. But that was before he fell and the value was just too much to pass on.

Felt the same about Collier in the lottery, but at 29, absolutely a steal. They all may bust or be average but the upside on this class has me hopeful.
