The SF was a great find by the Knicks and will certainly get a raise from his $800K deal. He is a three-point specialist (shooting 47% from 3 in the playoffs) who also showed ability to play in the post and run the wing. He had a big game against the Jazz, which Utah often looks at when targeting free agents. He will probably be seeking a deal similar to Steve Novak's 4yr./$16m which the Knicks would struggle to match and which is not too hefty. While he is old for a rookie (28), Belgian seasons are shorter than the NBA grind, so he should be a young 28. He is a Colorado guy, so maybe Burks can do some recruiting. I think he fits a lot of needs for the Jazz and can be had at a reasonable price, so he would be one of my Top 3 realistic free agent targets.
