Nashville. I have a couple of friends who go there, had no idea they had a basketball team that anyone cared about/could produce NBA talent.

I don't get all the comparisons of Clark to Matthews.

Wes was 6'5" and about 225 lb. Clark is 6'3" and about 180 lbs. In college Wes was a great utility player that got overlooked in a major conference. Clark was a big time scorer and defender in a small conference.
 
Oh and I like Clark better than Lucas III already.

It must be remembered though, he's a 2, not a 1. Sure, in a pinch he might be able to play a little 'Foye' style 1, but he's a 2. Unlike Lucas who is a scoring point guard.

I'm about 90% sure that Hayward will run the offense more than any PG (or player that size) that the Jazz will roll out next year.
 
I have been gone all day.. I will read this ****er if I have to... but if someone can give me a summary of what this thread says, I'll provide deserved rep.

(I've seen him play like 20 times, I'm just more interested in what the board thinks.)

It is so rare to have a guy with a push shot be successful at being a shooter. It is usually something that is done because you aren't strong enough to shoot long distances when your young. Makes your shot easier to block and you usually are not as consistent.

But this guy has proven that wrong for sure. He was very consistent.

Best part about this is he is a great defender. Show he can play on both sides of the ball.

Eddie House type player which is great off the bench. Much needed role.

Don't do it pkm.... this thread should have never got so big and long.

I guess ian clark just doesn't do it for me
