Jazz summer league MVP?

WCJ is a rookie. He's going to play. Plus its in SLC. Jazz want to give fans what they want.
I'm not sure I understand. My vote for summer league MVP was WCJ for that exact reason.

I think Brice/Flip could get shut down. Kessler/Hendricks/Keyonte were all shut down for the third game last year. But I bet WCJ plays all 3.

Flip not getting shut down at all. Has a ton of work to do on defense improvements

Correct me if I’m wrong, but so far it seems like he’s just playing the 5. Would like to see the Jazz bring in a legit center prospect just so Flip can spend some time at 4 and see where he’s at.

Sensabaugh scored a lot of points tonight

Wait... i thought after game 1 that it was Flip beyond a doubt. What happened? Did they play another game? Did Brice score more points than any other player ever in jazz SL history?

Fish on!

Yeah. I think I said it would be Sensabaugh for SLC and WCJ for Vegas. . . but now I’m thinking it’ll probably be Ace for Vegas. Dude is special. Definitely has “Face of the Franchise” vibes like Donovan did when he first got here. Glad the Jazz did what they had to in order to get him.
i'm a WCJ fan and think he could break out in Vegas still. But honestly, every jazz fan should want Bailey to be the best player - if he's the Jazz' best summer league player as an 18 year old, it bodes extremely well for his and the Jazz future.

I’m actually pretty bullish on WCJ playing early and often this year. He’s an older rookie, but I still see a lot of room for growth as well. Saw some great plays of offense - both passing and shooting and a good mentality on defense. His one well-timed strip late in the game was a huge momentum play.
