Mitchell 12 for 49 and 3 for 18 ,reminds me of another undersized player that played with Jazz that couldn't shoot straight ...Trey burke

We run less plays for him because Gobert is one of the best in the league at pick and roll. According to Snyder Favor's creates space and he uses him on offense in a position to pass. He also loves his defense.

Rebound stats individually are a pointless stat so I won't address that. Bigs doing their job correctly should create rebounds for others as well. Yes he could shoot better that half. He has still been our best scorer per minute this season so using one half is silly.

I think he always was.
Only reason he got any playing time this year is due to injuries/sickness. Even when he played really good (and wings were out) he couldn't get many minutes.

I think he is probably out of the rotation barring injuries. I think that was the plan all along.

except burks could be taken off the dribble by any player.

Favors as Udoh have been our best bigs combo so far this season.

Modern basketball doesn't require a big that can shoot 3s.

Who is this magically pf that is available that isn't a drop off at defense that can shoot the three like you want and is available?

Actually it does. If your bigs don't shoot you have to score somehow else. These 2 don't work together offensively. Name the last championship winning team that didn't have a big who could put up 30 on a given night. Even the Warriors had Draymond who they put in as a the 4 forward.

Why does "undersized" keep getting thrown around in reference to DM? Do people not realize that wingspan matters in basketball? Seems pretty obvious.
