What's new

Jazz @ Suns October 25th 8pm Mountain Time

I think it's time to think Gobert is not going to be a 18/20 ppg scorer this year.Favors is healthy and getting up and down the court .Jazz should think about gearing up the offense between Hood and Favors and let Rudy concentrate on rebounds and defense.

Turnovers. No need to over analyze this one.

I enjoyed Tuesday night's game, last night, nope.

Favors is soft as ****. No swagger.

after a night to sleep on it I've consolidated my take-aways from this game to this: Dennis O'Lindsey should lock his doors at night when Quin gets back from road trips.

Two years ago he dealt Quin a crappy hand when he failed to get a veteran pg or other veteran players.
Last year he did okay.
This year he tried, and maybe his plans were scrambled when Betrayward took 10-days to type out his feelings, but the team Dennis gave Quin was faulty even before the Exum injury.

Last night was a bad shooting night, and that will happen, but TOVs are absolutely killing us. Rubio is still familiarizing so I expect his to come down a bit (same with Mitchell), but Rudy needs to stop trying to do everything and just make the simple play. He's great because he's the absolute best at the basics, him trying to do too much is holding the team back.

This team really needs a stretch 4 tho. Joe Johnson hasnt been that this year as he has been ice cold on his 3's and is now passing them up in favor of more difficult Iso-Joe style shots.

Interesting. You might be right. I bet his mindset going into this season was to improve offensively but with us going through the pains of familiarizing ourselves with each other he might be trying to do it at the wrong time. He's had to try to catch bad passes over and over lately and then try to do something with them when the play has already fallen apart. It also seems like his hands aren't as good at last year. Maybe it's a confidence thing.

Yeah, the team as a whole needs to work on pulling the trigger on catch and shoot 3's. The Joes especially.

Yeah, he passed on some shots last night for sure. Lots of one on one for our team last night overall and those young Suns kids were ready for a one-on-one game.
