Lol. It's time to face the facts.
 
Gobert with a monster game 11 points, 15 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Definitely will be a contributor on the team this year. Wouldn't mind seeing him and Favors start together, though there isn't much scoring threat between them two. He has improved a lot over last year and is just a force in the paint, he finishes around the basket really well too which is a pleasant surprise.

Exum is going to be a great player, he struggled shooting the three ball, but to me I don't think that will be a big part of his game. I see more of a young Kobe type of scorer, where he gets the bulk of his points attacking and shooting mid range. Can definitely see him running the point as well, a great passer with great vision. Nice clutch floater and steal at the end of the game.

Hood was one of the best players in the summer league, really has a feel for the game. He will be a great scorer off the bench this year without a doubt and I could easily see him averaging around 14 PPG this year.

Thomas played well as did Clark, Murphy just sucks and makes a three every once in awhile. I see no reason for the Jazz to keep Murphy, but I would keep Thomas and Clark. Motum deserves a camp invite at least, he really hustled and played well. Giffey played alright, Covington had a good last game, but Thomas and Clark are the two fringe guys who should make the team, imo. The Jazz have player options on both and should accept on both.

Not a bad summer league overall, but it would have been nice to keep watching them play later on in the tournament. The Jazz continue to find steals in the draft, Exum should have went 3 or 4 and fell to them at 5, Hood should have went 13 or 14 and fell to 23, and lastly Gobert fell to 27 when he easily could have gone in the late teens early twenties and was in consideration at 14 until the trade for Burke happened.

Yeah, you're probably right. He had a couple plays that surprised me (fairly quick and can take the ball to the whole), but overall not good.

Hood and Gobert were just such beasts this summer league. Nice to see.
