Jazz vs grizzlies

Anderson never had a jump shot. Makes it tough in todays NBA. He has still managed to do well for himself getting a 9m a year contract.

Neither did Ingles when he first entered the league. He wasn’t a knock down 3 point shooter when he entered. Neither did he have the outstanding drive game. He’s developed. Anderson hasn’t. Anderson is the same player today that he was on the first day in San Antonio.

You thought the guy who averages 0.6 three point attempts per game for his career would develop a Jingles like game? The dude can't shoot cuz he has wonky form that makes extending his range difficult.

That’s not what I said.

Does joe completely fill Hayward’s void?
I’d say he’s a rich man’s Hayward, but Hayward is the guy making >2x as much.

He’s also bringing toughness and reliability that Hayward didn’t.

Also, the other day I was thinking back to game 1 vs. the Clippers. As soon as Rudy goes down and in that first quarter, you can tell by Hayward’s body language that he thinks it’s over. I know Joe Johnson was big, but was it not Ingles who spear-headed that game as well?

Yes it was Ingles that immediately started running things and making plays and shots. Joe and Joe won us that series.
