Maybe, but what was the alternative in free agency?

I think the Jazz largely did it to just maintain cap-space for 2019.

Bjelica. Bjelica. Bjelica. Bjelica. Bjelica. Bjelica. Bjelica. Bjelica.

The guy was initially signed for peanuts and is still on a cheap deal. We also didn't need to retain Exum for a multi-year deal (if cap is the concern, which it is for me).

Speaking of sunk costs; We keep pretending like keeping Bradley is anything but an exercise in the sunk cost fallacy while productive centers went off the market for nothing.

Those are a few ideas. But how about just, I don't know, ****ing ANYTHING?

If they strike out there, then I will understand the criticism for this past year's decisions.

If they suck this year, they will 100% strike out in the offseason.

Conserve cap space in 2019?

I dont buy it. Two years is too long to plan in this league and has been for 25 years.

Lindsey has made some crappy moves, and got bailed out by a couple of later picks who play above their draft position.

Jazz suffer from lack of talent....their starting line up consists of just two lottery picks and Im not sure either of them start for 25 other teams in this league.

Im typing angry. So this is probably not rationale. I will just delete it in the morning.

Three players, only one of which was a lottery pick.

The ball has to go through a hoop a certain number of times per night, and the Jazz don’t do their share.

Opponent always has to pick up our slack.

Best comment seems to be our season. We miss everything and opponents make everything. We are cursed.

This is not on Rudy you buffoon.
Didn't say that. We need to play a slower pace with a guy like Rudy, to focus on the defensive end. That's the difference this year. You see how many points other teams are scoring. Talk about buffoons, you like to jump to stupid conclusions.

The standings still give me hope, and it's early in the season, but man does this team need something different. It's painful to watch at times. Favors really needs to go to the bench.

Oops. Yer right, i frequently forget that Mitchell at 13 was a lottery pick . see what happens when i type angry.
I guess my point is more that while Rubio and Favors are both lottery picks, they don't start on virtually any other of the top-15 teams in the league.
