Looks like Sloanfeld went down in glory. So now I get to be Sloanbabe, and who knows who else. It's the night of the living dead in JazzFanz.

I thought a while about this. I kinda like the whole babeHopper idea too.

Anybody have some other good ideas for my Jazzfanz persona?

I'm curious about your Hopper obsession. Have you ever laid yourself out on a couch to discuss that with a mental health professional. Most people just won't bother with irrelevant or useless causes. Maybe you could get some help, and move on to a happier life???

Looks like almost everybody thought this was a personal attack on the mods. Until I saw the counterattack comments, I thought it was merely an unlikely tale. . . . . but I guess he was terminally PO'd.

I'm thinking of doing a new thread: Top Ten Reasons Why Babe is Hopper:

Infractions: Normally we are more lenient than the single strike policy. In general, when the rules are broken, the moderators will issue an official "infraction" to the offending party, with a corresponding "infraction point". An official infraction requires a “yes” vote from three moderators/administrators. Infraction points fall off your record after 180 days. (If the offense is deemed less serious, a "warning" with no infraction points may be issued instead.)

Suspensions: Typically you are permitted only two infractions in a 180 day period. Upon the third infraction, you will serve a 7 day suspension. Upon the fourth infraction, you will serve a 14 day suspension.

Bans: If you get a fifth infraction in a 180 period, you will receive a permanent ban. If you are banned, you will not be reinstated. This includes your original account and any additional accounts you may create.

We've deviated from these rules slightly in extreme cases. There have been a handful of instances where we awarded someone the equivalent of two infractions at once or temporarily banned troll accounts.
