Any thoughts on this guy? 16 pts 7/11 7 rbs today

Read his bio. He's gone through some horrible tragedies in his life.
I was impressed with his play, especially today. He looks like a good fit for our offensive system.Kind of a Mikki Moore type of player with that hair, body, and agility. Would love to see him come to camp.

Overall, I think he had a good summer league with us.

Anyone else want him to come to camp?

He attended Joseph Wheeler High School, where his team won back-to-back state titles. He posted career highs of 34 points, 15 rebounds, and 14 blocks, as well as setting school records for total rebounds and blocks.

Davidson averaged nearly a double-double per game in his senior year at the University of Alabama.[2] After his junior year, Davidson tested the waters of the NBA Draft. However, he pulled his name out of the draft and decided to return to college for his senior year.

During his senior year, Davidson experienced much sorrow when his girlfriend and fellow student at Alabama Nicole Murphy died in a car accident on November 12, 2006.[3] Davidson and Murphy were driving to an Atlanta hospital to visit Davidson's brother, Dewayne Watkins, who had suffered critical injuries from a gunshot.[4] Murphy, who was driving the vehicle, lost control of the car and was ejected in the ensuing crash. She died the following morning.[4] Davidson suffered no serious injuries in the accident.

Davidson went through even more personal tragedy when his brother, Dewayne Watkins, died of his critical injuries suffered on December 20, 2006.[4] The news came shortly after the Crimson Tide's win over NC State.

Davidson was selected by the Golden State Warriors with the 36th pick of the 2007 NBA Draft. However, he was traded the same day as part of a deal that sent him and Jason Richardson from the Warriors to the Charlotte Bobcats in exchange for Brandan Wright, whom the Bobcats had selected with the eighth pick in the draft.

I think Mikki Moore is a pretty good comparison. He's got a pretty nice jump shot. Might be worth a TC invite...not sure beyond that.
