Just to clarify - that's your theory?

My theory is that ainge wanted losses and the young guys to be getting more minutes. Hardy wanted wins and for the vets to ball out.
I mean both seasons hardy played vets heavy to start and won lots of games. Ainge saw this and said **** that and traded away vets to increase young dudes minutes and rack up some losses.
