Flip was amazing in the first half and I dont know if he got a bit worn down towards the end or if it was more about Detroit putting more focus on him but I definitely like him being in rotation from Day 1.

Thanks to KO being with us the past few years Hardy should kinda easily fit him into the rotation in a role that plays to Flips strengths.
 
If I was to choose our last 2-way from these guys it would be either Abmas or Sane. Sane has more theoretical value and a higher ceiling due to his size, but Abmas is just a superior hooper.

In the 2023 draft is when I "hated" Flip. In 2023 I said late first early second. You can also go check the receipts of the Jackpotting Around mock draft we did this year where I took him #26 after others passed on him.

I guess if you have a guy late first you dont hate him, but you are saying they have a very low shot at being a NBA player unless you create a tier system that says otherwise.

Yeah saying a guy is not a top 10 guy and is closer to exactly where NBA evaluators place him is an L. Furthermore stating I think he would be a solid 3rd big type and it looks like that is what he will potentially be... is an L?

Yall really pulling a Desean Jackson right now. lol

You are being extremely obtuse. Either you have a highly inflated sense of how many NBA drafts picks succeed or you ranked him way too low for what you are saying you thought he would be.

Also, no, there is no evidence you ranked him what NBA evaluators ranked him. NBA teams dont create a big board everyone drafts from in order. Just because a player went 30 doesnt mean he was on average the 30th ranked players by NBA teams.

Yes. Saying I think a guy would be a good prospect or bet in the late first early second means I think he is going to wash out of the league.

You are right there is no evidence I had him ranked similarly to how actual NBA evaluators had him ranked. Except the reality of how the situation played out. Again I also participated in a mock draft where i took him 26... I am not sure why I should be the one repenting since I didn't pass on him. I had exactly one draft board I did this year in April and had him 20th.

Its just weird. I'm wrong on plenty of things. I'm not sure why folks (@Elizah Huge is kidding but Cy likely serious) about a need to repent about (checks the receipts) being almost spot on about a guy.
