I disagree, not when Rondo had the ball. He gave it up with ~10s to go, there is no point in fouling then. Rondo isn't historically a good FT shooter, but he does have 94% for the season, and LAC had a timeout. If you foul then, you give yourself an opportunity to lose. I think it was a good strategy.

Hope we get different announcers next time we're on TNT. Ian Eagle was fine but I thought Greg Anthony was terrible.
I thought they were good, both of them. Also, while the refs certainly had some crucial calls in favor of LAC, we did get some as well. Not sure it was that lopsided all in all.

just watched the highlights, good lord, that was a damn crazy performance by mitchell.
they had leonard on mitchell, and he wuld get the switch and leonard would run way off his man to try and stop mitchell but mitchell was already blowing past his defender.

Was this the first sold out arena in the nba since covid began? It’s good to finally see real fans instead of the zoom fans or cardboard ones.

Ian Eagle is the best... they should loop in his normal broadcast partner Sarah Kustok.

We were an overall +8 against their small ball lineups tonight.

It'll be interesting to see if they commit to small ball. You can argue The Jazz were +8 because George, Morris and Kawhi were a combined 5 for 21 from three.

But with small ball The Clippers have zero help D for their perimeter defenders - Mitchell's gonna eat all series, He may average 40ppg. Jackson & Kennard (unless he shoots lights out again) will be unplayable and Mike's gonna pick them apart on the drive and dish.
