Royce is battling but George is still having his way with him unfortunately.

They have been running tons of off the ball plays for him. Royce pursuing through screens is never going to catch up to him, others need to step up, stunt and slow down PG so Royce can get back on him.

Also while PG deserves all the slander, he is still pretty smooth.
